When creating our new C Market Coffee location in Port Coquitlam, we had a very clear vision: “create a social hub for coffee and art”. To prove this, when designing our space, we incorporated many areas such as spacious seating, a training room for specialized barista training, and a side room to serve multiple rental purposes such as a meeting room, rental office space, or a classroom.  

We want to share our beautifully designed cafe and utilize its full potential by allowing the community to book the rental room as well as the entire cafe space for gathering.

Respect  

• We love treating our guests with kindness, and we’d appreciate the same from you!
• Be cool with our staff and keep noise levels reasonable so everyone has a great experience.

Capacity

• Let’s stick to our room capacity limits — it’s all about keeping things safe and comfy for you and your group.

Timeframe

• Your reserved time includes setup and cleanup, so plan accordingly!
• Need extra time? We’ve got you — if the next slot is free, you can extend. But if not, please wrap up on time.
• If you go over by more than 10 minutes, an additional hour will be charged.

Food and Beverages

• Outside food and drinks? Unfortunately, we do NOT allow not in the rental room.
• However, we accept pre-orders to serve food and drinks! For groups of 10 or more, pre-order at least a week in advance to keep things running smoothly.

Partial Refund Policy 

• Cancel at least a week ahead for a partial refund (5% service fees apply).
• Any cancellations made less than a week before your booking will not be refunded.

Our Agreement 

• We might have to ask your group to leave if any terms above are violated, and any extra costs or damages will be billed.
