FAQ:

  • Does the voucher expire? 

The expiration date is December 31, 2025

  • Can I use the voucher at any locations? 

The prepaid voucher is only redeemable at the location your company purchased in person. For the discount, you can use it at any location online only. 

  • Can voucher cover everything on the menu? 

Yes, the prepaid voucher can be redeemable for any C Market Coffee products online only. The voucher must be used in full and given to cashier at the time of redemption.

  • How Can a Company Apply for C Market Coffee Corporate Program?
  1. Have your team download our mobile app and make an account (please collect their email that they signed up with)
  2. Please fill our contact form and our team will send you another simple form to complete
  3. After approval, employee will be able to order on our online ordering site with an automatic discount within 3-5 business days. 

TERMS OF USE for participation in the Corporate Benefits Program:

*discount refers to online discount and voucher refers to the prepaid voucher

  • Membership activation requires approval before it can be used for online discounts.
  • The 5% discount applies to online purchases at any C Market Coffee location. The pre-paid voucher is valid for in-store purchases only, must be used in full, and presented to the cashier at the time of redemption. It cannot be used for online, delivery, or third-party platform orders.
  • Offers may change without notice; restrictions and variations may apply.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or loyalty programs.
  • Discounts and vouchers cannot be applied towards gift cards or certificates.
  • Pre-paid vouchers are non-refundable and expire one year from purchase.
  • Participating companies must submit an updated employee list quarterly. Discounts are revoked for employees no longer with the company.
  • Employees are limited to one account per email for participation.
  • C Market Coffee is not liable for online order system failures and will not compensate for unused discounts or vouchers.
  • Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced. C Market Coffee is not responsible for unauthorized use of the voucher.
  • C Market Coffee reserves the right to revoke offers in cases of misuse or fraud.

 

Please note that 'Store Orders' and 'Online Order' are separate platforms. 'Store Order' (also available on our mobile app) is for placing food and drink orders, while 'Online Order' on our website features merchandise such as coffee beans, whole cakes, loose-leaf tea, room rentals, and other items.
